Both me and my boyfriend have Android phones and this charger does not work on either. I also have an iPhone 8 and it works perfectly fine on that with no problems. But I thought that this worked with any Android or Samsung phone am I missing something?
Thank you for contacting Just Wireless. Please note not all android phone models are Qi wireless charging enabled. Please contact the manufacturer of your android phone and confirm if you phone has built in capability for wireless charging. Not all iPhones are Qi wireless charging enabled as well. Only iPhone 8 and above have built in qi wireless charging.

I have an iPhone 8 and it won’t work using this wireless charger, is it not compatible with an iPhone 8?

The charger will work with the iPhone 8, please make sure no bulky case is on the phone as it may interfere with the charging and also make sure the phone is placed properly on the pad.
