Shipping & Returns Policy:

Only products purchased directly from Just Wireless website can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. If your product was not purchased on our website, you should contact the seller for returns and/or exchange.

  • Every purchase is covered by our free standard shipping.
  • Return and/or Exchange shipping is free only for the first return or exchange.
  • We accept returns and exchanges only when the product is in its original packaging condition including all content (unopened).
  • If the packaging or its content is opened but unused, there will be a restocking fee of at least $5 USD.
  • Just Wireless does not ship internationally.
Warranty Replacements
  • Return or exchange shipping costs ARE NOT covered by our free returns policy. 
  • Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Replacement products CANNOT be returned for a refund.
