is the blue light on the charger supposed to stay on while the phone is on it?
Thank you for contacting Just Wireless. No the blue light will go off after a few seconds but it will continue to charge your device. Please look at the your device screen to confirm the device is still being charged.

So I have a iPhone 6s, so I’m just wondering if this product would work if I have a survivor case? Or do I need something else with it?
The iPhone 6 does not have the required coil to charge wirelessly built-in. These were not included until the iPhone 8. Unless your case plugs into your phone and includes that coil, this would not be compatible.

Hi, Kathy! Sorry for the confusion. This item is only compatible with Qi devices. The Apple iPhone 7 does not have Qi as a feature for wireless charging.
