2. Create an account or login
3. Fill out the necessary information
4. Upload a photo of your receipt and the item
5. Place the order for your warranty replacement
We do not charge you for the item. We only charge for shipping and handling of the item as stated in our Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions: http://justwireless.com/warranty.
At this time, you do not need to register the product to claim warranty.
Only products purchased directly from Just Wireless website can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. If your product was not purchased on our website, you should contact the seller for returns and/or exchange.
To return an item:

2. Fill out your order number and email address
3. Request a return label
4. We will email you a return label
5. Ship the item back to us free of charge
6. When we receive the item, you will get a full refund
