How do I use your FM transmitter if my cigarette lighter plug in not visible to read my radio frequency etc. Your ad is misleading showing device at eye level only. Thanks - Gene Kraemer
Hello and thank you for contacting Just Wireless. This particualr device has a bluetooth range of 15 feet between the phone and the transmitter. the range between the trasmitter and the car is approximately 3-5 feet depending on where it is placed. Most vehicle have the lighter plug right by the main dashboard and are easily able to connect between the transmitter and the car radio without any interferance. In case your lighter plug is in the middle dashboard between the passenger and driver seat, the transmitter will still work with the car radio.
Please make sure to use a radio station that does not have any local radio channel playing on it, as this will interfere with the transmission. If you would like further assistance please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
